We are looking for someone to co-ordinate the installations of garage doors which involves communicating with building site managers, arranging fitting dates and planning work for installation crews. The majority of your work will be carried out over the phone.
A basic understanding of sizes and measurements is essential.
“The successful applicant will join our Customer Services team specifically to work with our installations division as an additional coordinator/planner of our installation activities on a national basis.
You will have daily contact with many of our key customers and also our retail customers and will be responsible for liaison and planning their installation requirements.
Interested applicants should have a pleasant personality, good communication skills and must be able to demonstrate a resilient and flexible approach to a key job function with the company.
Full training will be given on the company’s systems and product range. However, you should have good keyboard skills and be in a position to demonstrate an organized approach to your working day.
