Our client is looking for a Highways supervisor to join their team.
The client is a well established high-quality civil engineering enterprise offering fully comprehensive solutions to the highways, airfield and road construction sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Traffic Management, Term Maintenance and civil based highways contracts.
To be applicable for this role you must:

• Strong communication skills.
• Skilled at managing & motivating construction operatives.
• Commitment to high-quality service.
• Good understanding of Quality Assurance.
• Strong experience in Highways / civil engineering construction
Qualifications
• CSCS card
• Roller ticket Desired but not essential.
Salary is negotiable depending on your experience.
Hours of work will be mainly night shifts.
