HGV Driver (Class 1 or Class 2)
📍 Location: Doncaster & Barnsley
💰 Pay Rate: £16.81 – £18.80 per hour
📅 Working Pattern: Primarily Monday to Friday
🕓 Start Times: Between 5:00am and 7:00am
⏱️ Shift Length: 8–11 hours
About the role:
We are currently recruiting HGV Class 1 and Class 2 Drivers to work with established clients across the Doncaster and Barnsley areas.
As an HGV Driver, you will:
- Roles can vary and may include work with box trailers, curtain siders, flatbeds, tankers, refrigerated units, tail lifts, and other vehicle types
- Carry out work that fits around your current skillset, whilst also having the opportunity to pick up new skills
- Assist with manual handling and loading/unloading duties where required
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high safety standards
- Ensure all driving activities comply with relevant transport regulations and company procedures
What we are looking for:
- A valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (Category C) licence
- CPC qualification & Tachograph Card
- Good understanding of Drivers Hours Regulations and Tacho card rules
- A professional and reliable approach to work
