TEMP AD HOC CLASS 1 DRIVERS NEEDED
Driver Hire Uxbridge are now recruiting for HGV Class 1 (CAT C+E) drivers needed on behalf of our client, an independent supplier of Construction Aggregate in the UK. The Company are based in Sipson.
This role is predominately General Haulage.
Training, uniform, and safety equipment is provided. Car parking is available on site.
Monday – Friday 6.45am to 5.00pm
Description:
As part of your role, you will be driving a HGV Cat C+E (Class1) vehicle with new flat bed, drop side trailers
This role will suit an experienced HGV driver looking for an organized, smoother pace of daily work, quality rather than quantity!
Usually 3 runs, job& knock, delivering pallets of aggregates or 1tonne bags, all fork on fork off, regular routes ging to builders’ merchants.
Requirements:
Have a relevant HGV Cat C+E (Class1) license with experience driving within the UK.
Valid CPC and TACHO
You should have no more than 6 points on your license, no DD or DR convictions
In return, we will offer:
– Monday to Saturday shifts are available.
– Daily pay, 10hrs guaranteed every shift.
– Overtime paid after 10hrs.
– Rates of pay:
– PAYE, between £18.50 per hour with holiday pay included (depending on experience, overtime etc)
