Driver Hire Edinburgh City is currently recruiting Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers for flexible, ad-hoc assignments. Perfect for drivers who enjoy variety, competitive pay, and complete control over their working hours.

🕐 Shift Details

  • Weekday shifts available

  • Ad-hoc bookings — choose shifts that suit your availability

💷 Pay Rates (Inclusive of Advanced Holiday Pay)

PAYE

  • £15.00 per hour

  • £19.99 per hour (overtime)

PAYE Advanced

  • £16.81 per hour

  • £22.40 per hour (overtime)

✅ Requirements

  • Full UK Class 1 (C+E) licence

  • Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card

  • Ideally 6+ months recent Class 1 experience (less may be considered)

  • Strong knowledge of drivers’ hours and road safety regulations
