Dust Cart Driver
Ongoing position
Basildon, Canvey and Benfleet area
15.03 per hour Includes holiday pay
7am Start Time
7.5 Hours a day Monday to Thursday
7 Hours Friday
Saturday 7 hours (If required)
DUST CART DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Completing a daily vehicle walk around check
- Driving the Dust Cart around residential areas
- Communicating with the Dust Cart Loader
- Keeping the vehicle in good condition
- Good timesheets administration
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Category C Licence
- Previous experience of working as a Dust Cart Driver – Strongly Desirable
- Has Rear Steer Driving Experience
- Has reversing skills experience
- Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points
- Full CPC ticket and a valid Driver Card
- Possession of Hi Vis vest and Steel toe cap safety boots
- Team player
- Good inter-personal and organisational skills
- Excellent time-management
