Counter Balance Forklift Operator

We are looking for a candidate for a Fork Lift with Counter balance operator required for our successful General Haulage client based in Halstead. Due to driving forklift between warehouses a full current driving licence is necessary. There will be occasional long days so ideal candidates would live local to Halstead area and ideally  have their own transport.

Warehouse located approximately 12 miles from Colchester so travelling mileage needs to be considered before applying

Benefits

• £10.00 per hour PAYE
• Weekly pay

• Full-time role.
• Temporary to permanent employment after 12 weeks

Job Role

• General Haulage Warehouse work undertaken using counter balance forklift
• Some physical work moving by hand
• Monday to Friday
• Loading/unloading of vehicles

Requirements

• Counter Balance forklift certificate (Current)
• Understanding of Health And Safety Awareness
• Previous experience an advantage
• Flexible
• Team Player
• Positive working attitude
• Physically able to carry out some aspects of role
• Must be reliable
• Able to work long hours where needed
