Our client based in Sudbury, Suffolk is looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual. The client is a well-established training company, offering courses to those mainly in the logistics sector. The position being offered is full-time and is a newly created role, based around training/compliance, primarily within the transport and logistics sector.
The ideal candidate would come from a transport/warehouse environment and have a sound knowledge and understanding of the regulations and requirements therein. They should be confident, self-motivated and a quick learner but more specifically with an aim to ensure the company continues to provide quality, compliant and purposeful training to meet our customer needs. Helping to maintain the company customer database provides an excellent opportunity to both retain and develop customer relations. The successful applicant must therefore have a good telephone manner and be confident to make outgoing calls. Working with our instructors the job holder would be responsible for ensuring all data and paperwork is compliant and training is delivered effectively.
- Good knowledge of transport/logistics training requirements.
- Attention to detail to meet the demands of awarding bodies.
- Ability to prioritise workload and to meet business needs.
- Able to work alone.
- Good communication skills.
- IT skills – minimum PowerPoint, word, excel.
