Driver Hire Southampton are recruiting for a Class 2 yard driver for one of our commercial vehicle rental company based in Southampton.
Job description:
For this job you will be driving vehicles ranging from CAT B to CAT C, shunting and moving them around the yard. You will also be needed to help with general yards work. The job will be mostly over the summer period. This job is currently on an AD-HOC with an estimated 2-3 days a week. There is a potential for a more full-time position for the right candidate.
Requirements for this job:
- Class 2 UK licence for over 2 years
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience with a similar role
- Must be physically fit
- Valid UK CPC and tacho cards
- Must be confident at driving HGV vehicles through small spaces
- No points allowed on licence
