Driver Hire Stockport are excited to be recruiting for a class 2 Driver for our well established client based in Bredbury.
We are seeking a Class 2 Driver who are comfortable with multi drop deliveries (around 10 -16 a day) to deliver flooring products to clients. The role will involve manual handling of quite large items so the right candidate must be physically fit.
In return the client is seeking drivers for full time employment and after the 13 week agency period offers an attractive salary of £26,300 PA, no weekends or bank holidays and a shut down over Christmas. The start time will usually be 5.30am but may vary.
The right candidates will need;
- Class 2 Licence – Ideally over 1 year exp but not essential
- CPC
- DIGICARD
- Physically fit
- Confident performing multi drop deliveries
- Good knowledge of drivers hours
- Perform daily walk around checks
- Have 6 or less points for no major offences.
Rates of pay whilst through Driver Hire;
£11.25 per hour paid through Nova Contracting
