Driver Hire Darlington is looking to recruit an experience Class 1 driver on a temp to perm basis for one of our clients in the local area to start as soon as possible.
This role will entail 2-3 nights out per week tramping due to the nature of the business however it offers a unique opportunity whereby you will only make 2-3 deliveries on average per day
Working as part of a successful company the does not involve any heavy lifting or hand ball , all deliveries are loaded and unloaded for you !
Their work can involve deliveries to London , Scotland and throughout England but the client is looking for a candidate who can be flexible on start times as a result of this.
In return the client is looking for a candidate who is looking for a temp to perm opportunity who can truly become a member of their team

Pay rates will be £11.00 per hour PAYE with a £25.00 per night night out allowance where applicable
You will need
- Class 1 experience
- Digital tachograph card
- CPC card
- no more than 6 points on your license
- Flexibility around working hours and tramping
- Excellent customer service skills
