Position: Class 1 Container Driver
Contract Type: Temporary
Location: Southampton
Driver Hire Southampton is pleased to announce a new opportunity has arisen to join our driving team as a Class 1 container driver.
Job Details for Class 1 Container:
- Monday–Friday
- Day shifts
- Can be up to 12 hour shifts
- Temporary work
- Tugging and shunting in the docks
- 8 hour pay guarantee
- Available for umbrella and PAYE drivers
Requirements for Class 1 Container:
- Full UK driving licence with Class 1 (C+E)
- Valid CPC and Digi tacho card
- Ideally a clean licence, minor points accepted
- Ability to work independently
- At least 1 years’ experience in Class 1
- DP World licence (must be able to be used in Southampton)
