Looking for an immediate start? Our customer is one of the UK and Europe’s leading courier company and is looking for a Class 1 Driver. This role is on an ongoing temporary basis with the opportunity for a permanent position depending on performance.
***Our client is willing to take applicants that are newly qualified and provide 1 week’s full training they just want you to be eager to learn*** Position: Class 1 HGV Driver Shifts: Monday – Friday How many drops: 4 to 10 drops and collections
Start time: 06:30-07:00am Start date: ASAP Benefits as Class 1 Driver:

- Upon completing 20 shifts will receive bonus
As a Class 1 Driver you will be:
- Given planned routes and loaded vehicle
- Completing 4-10 drops and collections
- Adhering to all H&S procedures
- Communicating with the Transport Office
- Familiar with automatic/manual/split shift gearboxes
The successful Class 1 Driver MUST have:
- A valid UK Class 1 driving licence
- A valid CPC and digital-tachograph card
- No more than 3 -penalty points on their driving licence (no DR, DD or IN codes)
- Over 25 years old due to the company motor insurance
