At Driver Hire Cambridge we have opportunities for Class 2 (category C) HGV Drivers to help provide quality ad-hoc cover to our ever-growing client base.
The Role:
We’re looking for experienced or newly qualified professional drivers to join our workforce of agency staff delivering outstanding service to our client base. At Driver Hire Cambridge, we provide temporary and permanent staffing solutions on ad-hoc or permanent placement basis to a diverse variety of customers throughout the CB postcode zone. We’re increasingly busy so need positive drivers with the required can-do attitude to represent the Driver Hire brand by providing cover for our clients.
With an immediate start, this opportunity offers competitive rates for successful candidates. The first 8 hours of each shift are paid at £13 per hour followed by £17 per hour overtime rate. With this in mind, if you are available full time the expected annual salary could be £27,040 + overtime.
About you:
To be considered to register for this position, you must hold a full UK Driving Licence with category C entitlement along with driver CPC Qualification Card and digital tachograph. Successful applicants will have a good command of both written and spoken English language and a positive attitude to work.
