We are currently recruiting for a number of drivers for our Bolton based client.
This role involves working as part of a double manned team delivering electrical goods to domestic customers.
The work can involve lifting and moving heavy items and long working hours.
You will need to be well presented and personable as you will be dealing with members of the public (customers also complete feedback following the delivery)
These positions are accepted on the basis of a temp to perm placement whereby successful candidates who perform well will be offered a permanent position at the end of the placement.
You will be working a 5 on 3 off rota starting work at 6:45am
Suitable applicants will first undertake an induction and if this is completed successfully a standard DBS check will be carried out as this role involves going into customers homes.
On placement you will be paid on our in house PAYE payroll not through an umbrella scheme, payment will include holiday pay(the choice to retain holiday pay is also available)
Drivers who complete the temp to perm successfully will be paid £24,000 pa with a quarterly bonus available should targets be achieved.
