We are looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join one of our busy clients just outside of Kelso.
Permanent position potentially available for the ideal candidate.
You will support the F&B Manager in creating and ensuring a consistent F&B experience for the guests, exceeding expectations and maintaining the highest service standards. You will be working closely with the head chef and the kitchen team to ensure a seamless service sequence. You will contribute in developing new concepts and creating and implementing new sales strategies to drive additional revenue.
Essential:
Management experience
preferably in the luxury hospitality (highly desirable)
You must have in-depth knowledge in wine, spirts and cocktails, preferably a WSET qualification 2 or above
