Our Exeter based client is looking for an administrator to provide support in their busy transport office.
Duties will include:
Call Handling – telephone queries from both customers and drivers – excellent telephone manner and customer service skills required.
Collating reports and checking/ chasing missing information – attention to detail important.
Providing admin support to the transport team to maintain the high standards of compliance – willingness to learn and implement established processes and procedure’s.
Working as part of a team but can work on own initiative when needed.
Working on a rolling 2 week rota the hours are as follows:
Week 1 Monday to Friday 7.00 am to 14.15 pm Saturday 7.45 am to 13.00 pm
Week 2 Monday to Friday 9.30 am to 18.00 pm
This role is initially temporary due to the training and development of the current job holder. If that is successful the position may be permanent.
The initial pay rate is £11.04 per hour ( on PAYE Advanced ) based on a 39 hour per week – this is paid weekly whilst temporary.
