We have an excellent opportunity for an individual that is customer focused to join our client’s team, supporting one of their biggest contracts.
Hours of work and role:
28-hour week Monday to Friday but require an additional hour or two on a Sunday to prepare Monday’s reporting. You will need to work an 8-hour day on a Monday (with a start time between 6am & 7am) as that is when weekly reports are produced. Tuesday to Friday hours will be 11.00am to 4pm.
You will be responsible for producing weekly payroll data and operational reports, producing weekly shift plans and booking any required cover, managing any complaints & taking incoming phone calls.
The rate of pay is £9.00 per hour, this is a temp to perm role, you will work through us for the first 13 weeks and then be taken on directly by our client.
You will work with a small friendly team that support each other and the wider operation throughout the UK, having daily communication with drivers and working closely with the field based Area Operations Manager.

The role is generally PC & system based, so the successful candidate will need to be highly numerate with a keen eye for detail & accuracy. A good working knowledge of Microsoft applications is essential (Excel, Outlook, Word).
