Driver Hire Ayrshire are looking for a Customer Service / Administration person for a position which has become available within a local based company just outside of Ayr. You will be working 40 hours per week, start times will vary between 07:00 and 09:00 Monday to Friday. Own transport would be an advantage due to location.
Customer service experience
A confident telephone manner
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to work in a team and independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic IT skills essential
Be able to achieve targets and KPI’s
Accurately log notes
This position will be temporary to begin with, but could become permanent for the right candidate. Training will be given in the use of various online systems and telephone lines.
