Accountant (Hybrid)

Our client based in Larne is currently looking for an experienced accountant or equivalent (Hybrid) for immediate start.

Permanent

Working hours will be,

Monday-Friday, 0900-1700

The client are also willing to consider a part time candidate for the role.

The salary will be around £40,000 per annum depending on experience and can be discussed at interview stage.

Responsibilities

• Completion of financial accounts
• Income tax/corporation tax
• Companies house/HMRC deadlines
• VAT

Qualifications

•Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline, or AAT Level 2 of above

• Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or food industry.

• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.

• Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen.

• Ability to work with various departments within the company to encourage achievement of company goals.

• Excellent organizing abilities and great attention to detail.

Desirable Criteria:

• Familiar with relevant computer software e.g., SAGE, Infor

• Experience in IT, ERP systems
