7.5ton Drivers needed (HGV CAT C1)! ONGOING ROLE

Driver Hire Uxbridge are seeking a 7.5T Drivers C1 for a Linen and laundry company based in Southall.

The role:

• delivering and collecting clean linen and laundry to hospitality venues such as pubs, restaurants, and hotels.
• You will have a driver’s mate with you.
• The clean linen will be loaded on cages which as the driver you will unload at different stops.
• At the different drops there will be pre-bagged, used, laundry for you to take back to the depot.
• As this role requires a lot of hand balling, candidates must be physically fit.
• This is a fast-paced role EARLY START AND EARLY FINISH 4/5.00am start time minimum 8 hours.

This role is a temp to perm position, meaning that after three months they can offer you a contract directly with the company.

Requirements:

• Valid UK CAT C1 7.5t licence with no more that 6 points no DR TT IN
• Valid CPC and TACHO
• Physically fit and flexible with early starts

Rates and Hours of work:

• PAYE only, minimum 8hrs pay, breaks paid, overtime paid after 8 hours

£17.00 per hour à £15.17 basic plus £1.83 holiday pay

Overtime £21.00 per hour à £18.74 basic plus £2.26 holiday pay

• Monday to Friday with some occasional Saturdays 5.30am start (DIFFERENT RATES FOR WEEKENDS)
