7.5t Driver required for ongoing DIY Deliveries

Driver Hire Edinburgh City are recruiting are for a Cat C1 HGV Delivery Driver for one of our clients based in Hermiston Gait.

Job Description

• Delivering DIY items all over Scotland
• Driving a 7.5t vehicle assisted by a porter
• Heavy handball involved
• Working a 5 day week on a rota with the occasional Saturday.

The successful applicant will have the following

• 7.5t Licence entitlement
• Up to date CPC and Digi cards
• No more than 6 points
• 6 months relevant experience
• No DD, DR, IN endorsements on your licence

Benefits

• £9.35 ph PAYE
• Overtime paid after 8 hours on the day at £12.46
• Saturdays paid at overtime rate
• Sociable working hours 0700 starts
