Driver Hire is recruiting for a Cat C1, 7.5t Driver for an on-going job with a major plumbing supplies wholesaler. Based in Camberley, this is a Full Time position offering a minimum of 40 hours per week. There is plenty of flexibility in the role if you want some time off. It is booked and confirmed on a week-by-week basis. Expect to deliver about 15 drops across the South per shift.
In the longer term you could stay with the agency, or be offered a permanent contract if you like the job.
**** Hours, Pay and Benefits ****
- £11.50 per hour
- PLUS equivalent of 28 days paid holiday
- Pension scheme enrolment
- Monday to Friday
- 5:30am start (job and finish)
**** Responsibilities of the 7.5t Driver ****
- Perform daily vehicle inspection checks
- Load your vehicle
- Interact with the staff and clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Deliver products in a timely manner on the allocated daily route
- Complete delivery paperwork
- Use the pump truck and tail lift safely
- Adhere to all Drivers Hours and Tacho regulations

- Full UK driving licence Cat C1 entitlement / 7.5 t
- CPC card and Digi tacho card
- Verifiable work references
- Minimum of 12 months commercial delivery experience
