We are currently recruiting 6 additional 7.5 ton drivers for a engineering equipment supplier in Chorley.
These positions are temporary but ongoing if that’s what you want.
The job
- 7-8 am start, Monday to Friday, at weekends they are closed
- £12.25 per hour before overtime.
- After completing their daily vehicle checks, drivers are required to carry out around 8 drops per day to hire companies or site.
- You will pick items to load from your order sheet.
- There will be use of a tail lift.
- Most of the deliveries are small But you may use a pump truck.
- Complete your vehicle checks again and go home.
About You
- Be friendly, punctual and helpful.
- Be safety aware.
- Have a 7.5 ton C1 licence with no more than 8 points
- Have CPC Card and Digicard?
- Have a can do attitude
- Represent our client with a professional attitude at all times
- Be a team player but able to think for yourself.
Your pay
- You will be paid a minimum of £12.25 per hour before any overtime.
- Holiday pay and Pension
- Pay straight to your bank every Friday, paid on time every time.
