Driver Hire Manchester North & Oldham are part of a nationwide network of over 100 offices providing recruitment services to the transport and logistics industry.
We are currently looking for an experienced Class 1 driver to join our customer based in Heywood.
Please note, Wagon and Drag experience is required for this position!
What we are looking for:
·Category C+E Entitlement.
·Full & Valid CPC.
·Full & Valid Digi.
·No more than 6 points.
·2 years Class 1 experience.
.Wagon and Drag experience (Required)
·Excellent communication skills.
Duties will include but not limited to:
·Driving company vehicle responsibly and safely, obeying all traffic laws)
·Carrying out required daily vehicle checks to ensure procedural compliance.
·Completing paperwork accurately as instructed.
·Dealing with customers in a polite manner.
.Multidrop – delivering packaging equipment. FLTd off mainly. Any handball will be bubble wrap, so it will be light work.
Please note, you will be not required to use your own vehicle. The vehicle will be provided for work purposes only.
