We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team at our Head Office in Bradford. This will be an ideal opportunity for someone that has previous customer service experience and is now looking for the next career step within a growing and diverse organisation.

As a Sales Administrator you will work alongside our Telesales Team and field-based staff to help maximise the revenue generated by our Driver Risk Management division. This will be achieved by ensuring customers receive a good level of support when booking training and the full process is complete within a timely manner. The role will build a good rapport with our training providers and make the whole booking process seamless for the customer.

Your other main responsibilities will include:

  • Maximising sales opportunities by liaising directly with customers when making bookings
  • Following up on sales leads from across the network and providing updates to the offices on the progress of bookings
  • Engaging with all ‘key relationships’ to ensure efficient co-working and supporting the overall development of the business
  • Providing administrative support through liaising with customers, sales and Service delivery teams with booking amendments
  • Collating customer feedback information and providing reports on customer activity
  • Providing creative input and support continuous improvement of the product, systems and business processes


What do you need to be successful?

A key part of your success in a Sales Administrator role will be your:

  • Excellent administration and organisation skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Experience in sales administration and problem ownership
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
  • Full UK driving licence

It would be advantageous for you to have experience/ knowledge of transport and logistics sector.
