We are currently looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join the team in Bradford, who is keen to learn and progress in their recruitment career. This position plays a key role in maintaining Driver Hire’s reputation for delivering reliable and quality drivers and transport/logistics staff, whilst also ensuring the office stays compliant with our internal and industry standards. Our candidates are the life blood of our business, and so this role plays a vital part in ensuring our continued success in the market, and so you will be a key part in this success

What does the role involve?

 On a daily basis you mainly will be responsible for –

  • Candidate onboarding
    • Making contact, booking in and registration of candidates for all offices
    • Liaising with offices, and confirming interviews, and face to face RTW checks
    • Diary management
  • Advert writing
    • The creation and review of job adverts on our microsites
    • The management of existing adverts, in conjunction with our offices
  • CV Searching
    • Sourcing and engaging with candidates that have submitted their CVs to job boards
    • Contacting and marketing candidates
  • Social Media
    • Management of our social media channels
    • Creating and uploading our digital marketing
  • Digital email campaigns
    • Working with our marketing team, creating and sending out digital email marketing to live and prospect candidates
    • Reporting on the Management information gathered from these campaigns
  • Management of weekly and monthly ‘candidate’ KPI data
    • Running and presenting reports to the management of activity and results

What do you need to be successful?

A key part of your success in this role will be your:

  • Ability to follow a process
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent levels of customer service
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • PC literate
  • Good understanding of Social Media platforms
