We are currently looking for a self-motivated, confident, and highly organised Compliance & Audit Administrator to join our busy team to support the Business Process & Compliance department with ISO9001:2015 compliance and assist with the auditing processes within Driver Hire Network.

This will be an ideal opportunity for someone that has previous customer service experience and possess investigative skills and is now looking for the next career step within a growing and diverse organisation.

What does the role involve?

As a new Compliance & Audit Administrator you will learn and understand the internal auditing process, and on a daily basis you will be responsible for:

  • Chasing audit not-conformances
  • Managing distribution New Client Survey and collating results
  • Communicating RT(WT)R Infringement Reports to the Driver Hire UK Network and monitoring compliance
  • Managing the Compliance Hub Portal

What do you need to be successful?

A key part of your success in a Compliance & Audit Administrator role will be your:

  • Ability to work independently
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
  • Full UK driving licence

It would be advantageous for you to have experience/ knowledge of transport or recruitment sector, but this is by no means essential as training will be provided.
