HGV Class 2 Driver
Location: Wakefield and surrounding areas
Pay Rate: £15.69 – £16.50 per hour. Overtime also available at 1.5x
Start Times: 6am – 8am
Typical Shift Length: 8 – 10 hours per day
- Variety of Class 2 driving – curtain sider / box trailer
- Delivering to customers both domestically and commercially
- Some manual handling required
- Completing daily vehicle checks and paperwork accurately
The client will also provide training on using the skip wagon if this isn’t something you have experience in
What You’ll Need:
- A full UK Class 2 licence
- Proven Class 2 driving experience
- Excellent driving and road safety awareness
- No more than 6 points on your licence
- No previous driving disqualifications
- Solid knowledge of Driver’s Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
