We need a class 2 driver for our client in Southend who is a multinational DIY and home improvement retailing company.
HGV Driver/ Class 2 Driver
Southend area
Temporary and ongoing work
Start time is between 7 am to 11 am
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Completing deliveries with a driver’s mate to help (reasonable daily number of drops)
– Loading and unloading you truck as required
– Completing Paperwork – (required)
– Good timesheets administration
– Completing a daily vehicle walk around check
– Keeping the truck in good condition
JOB REQUIREMENTS
– Minimum of 1 year experience of working as a HGV Driver / Class 2 Driver
– Full UK Driving Licence, CPC and Tacho with no more than 6 penalty points
– Team player who is also capable of working on your own
– Excellent time-management
– Good inter-personal and organisational skills
– Possession of Hi Vis vest and Steel toe cap safety boots
