Olympic Route Network goes live

As the Olympic opening ceremony approaches, the 175-mile Olympic Route Network has gone live this morning, including 30 miles of dedicated Games Lanes in Central London.

The ORN (and later this summer the PRN) will certainly have a significant impact on any journeys around the capital, as will the extensive traffic management measures and parking restrictions that have now come into effect. Whilst the Games Lanes are reserved for Olympic Family traffic only, the ORN and PRN are only operational at certain key times.

Many online resources are available to help you handle the impact of the Games. Click here to view Driver Hire's Olympic information pages, with links to all the main information sites.
