Driver Hire's recipe for success

This year’s National Franchise Exhibition opens its doors at Birmingham’s National Exhibition Centre on 30th September. If past years are anything to go by, thousands of would-be franchisees will be checking out a myriad of different franchise opportunities. As one of the UK’s leading franchise businesses, Driver Hire will have a strong presence.

All of which makes a recently published survey by ‘Management Today’ particularly timely. It shows that two thirds of UK adults have excellent second skills that could be used to start a business; perhaps a franchise. It also shows that, despite the current gloomy economic outlook, one million people want to start a business that uses their second skills.

“Starting a business is a big risk,” says Tony Goacher, Driver Hire’s Franchise Sales Director. “Fortunately, for budding entrepreneurs, there is a safer alternative – franchising. A reputable franchise – preferably one that’s a member of the British Franchise Association - means you’re buying into a proven business model with a track record of success. If you want further proof, we’ve a nationwide network of franchisees you can call on to confirm this.

“As for second skills, whilst they may come in handy, our franchisees come from a wide variety of backgrounds, proving that you don’t need a specific skill set to be a successful Driver Hire franchisee. They benefit from a proven business system, training and ongoing support. Combine that with the ambition, dedication and self-motivation of our franchisees and you’ve got a recipe for success.”

Driver Hire currently has a number of franchise opportunities across the UK. So if you’re paying a visit to the National Franchise Exhibition (September 30th - October 1st) and would like to find out more, then we’d be delighted to see you on stand G120.
