Franchise sales were at the top of the agenda last weekend when Driver Hire was an exhibitor at the 2012 Franchise Show held at ExCel, in London’s Docklands. Helping to get the message across on the Driver Hire stand was a team including CEO Chris Chidley, the Franchise Sales team and a number of franchisees from the Driver Hire network.
“This was our third year at ExCel,” says Driver Hire’s Franchise Sales Director, Graham Duckworth. “The message we have is a strong one, and was amplified by successful franchisees who can vouch for the value of investing in a Driver Hire franchise. Attending the Franchise Show certainly helps generate serious interest from potential franchisees, building a pipeline of prospects. It also helps to raise awareness of Driver Hire generally.”
As well as having a highly visible stand at the show, Driver Hire ran a series of group presentations for prospective franchisees on what they should look for in a good franchisor. These include training and support at every level from getting started through to building a successful business.
“We had a busy couple of days,” Graham continues. “We’d targeted 25 good quality prospects. In the event we came away with closer to 35. I think we can say that was an excellent result.”
