Our People

As a people business, we thought you might like to know a bit more about the people you will be dealing with when you contact us.

Tony Lucas, Franchisee - After over 20 years  in NatWest, Tony has run his own businesses and worked for a number of small companies before taking over the Coventry Office of Driver Hire in September 2011. He has been extensively involved in HR, especially recruitment over the last 10 years. Tony looks after the general running of the office, delivers CPC training and is involved in client visits.

 

Gary Rees, Business Development Manager - Gary has joined us from Ryder plc where he specialised in the sale of trucks to large corporate customers.  Gary has 25 years experience in selling trucks and he brings a wealth of experience in the truck market.

Kelly Ford, Recruitment Consultant - Kelly has over 3 years experience in temporary logistics recruitment and is principally responsible for liaising with clients and finding appropriate candidates to fill the roles.  Kelly is also involved in arranging CPC courses for drivers and clients.

Fern Allen, Recruitment Consultant - Fern has been with us since December 2013. She completes the CPC administration, processes payroll and liaisies with clients adn candidates to fill positions.

Linda Lucas, Franchisee -  Linda handles all the payroll and related administration.
