Customer Survey Results

As part of our drive to keep improving our service standards we took the brave step of inviting our Edinburgh branch to contact all customers that have used us in the last year and ask them for honest feedback on how we done for them.

The results are below and they speak for themselves – so we’d like to thank everyone that took part in the survey and for their honest and frank opinion on how we do what we do.

We asked every customer to rate the following between 1 – 4 (1 being below standard, 4 being excellent) and the averages were.

Temp’s Job Performance – 3.71

Temp’s Time Keeping – 3.90

Temp’s Appearance – 4.00

Branch Professionalism – 4.00

Branch 24hr Service – 3.95

Branch Helpfulness – 3.95

Branch Problem Solving – 3.96

Branch Accuracy of Invoicing/Paperwork – 3.92

Value for Money – 3.89


We also asked how we rate to the local competition,

DH Newcastle are about the same – 4.9%

DH Newcastle are not as good – 0.0%
