Job Description

Driver Hire Leicester requires two experienced Office Administrator for a well-established distribution company in the Beaumont Leys area. The hours of work are 12.00 -19.00 Monday to Friday £8.00 PH 35 Hours per week £8.00 ph Responsibilities: •Meet & greet visitors •Answering & diverting calls as required •Liasing with customers & clients •Filing •Customer service •Write & distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes & forms •General administration tasks Requirements: -Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office admin assistant, or transport clerk -Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines -Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) -Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work -Attention to detail and problem-solving skills -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task -Experience of working in a Transport office would be advantageous but not essential.
