Job Description

We are currently looking to take on an a full time permanent Office\Invoice\Payroll administrator preferably with Sage experience although this is not essential for candidates willing to learn. This role is varied and extremely complicated and demanding. We are looking for a person with the following skill sets. -Excellent PC skills -The ability to rapidly learn new systems and work -with multiple systems -Sage or payroll experience -Great customer service skills -The ability to relate and communicate with people at all levels -Meticulous attention to detail -To be able to work to tight deadlines -Must be a good team player The job involves about 2 days a week doing invoicing, time sheet and payroll work. The remainder of the week involves recruiting candidates and placing them on bookings with customers. This is a demanding and pressured job and candidates must be able to work in a busy environment with ever changing priorities but full training will be provided.
