Job Description

DH Inverness are currently recruiting for an Admin Assistant for there client based in Elgin. Tasks will include general admin, answering the phones, inputting orders on the system, reconciliation and invoicing of daily deliveries. Ideally have knowledge of the transport industry. Excellent PC skills and a good telephone manner are essential for this role as well as the ability to quickly pick up new systems and processes. This role is a permanent role on a 12 week probationary period paying £8.50 before transferring to the employers payroll. Final salary negotiable upon appointment.
