Driver Hire have organised another 1 day drivers cpc course at a hotel in Bathgate, West Lothian on Saturday 28th May 2011.
Starting at 08.00, the morning will cover drivers hours, working time and digital tachograph procedures.
Then after lunch, the afternoon will cover seasonal driving techniques and hazard awareness.
The trainer for the day will be Jim McEwen, who has run a number of Driver Hire courses in the Central Belt and is a current C+E driver, alongside being an approved trainer of vocational licences and driver’s cpc.
On completion of the course, every attendee will have 7 hours of driver’s cpc training logged with the DSA and will also be issued with a certificate of attendance from Driver Hire.
This training course will count as 7 hours towards the 35 hours of training that every commercial vehicle driver must have completed by September 2014.
The feedback from previous courses has been excellent, both regarding the content of the course and the value for money that Driver Hire can offer.
Indeed 100% of the drivers that have completed this course would recommend it to their colleagues.
