Hayley Miller - Franchise Manager and Director
Hayley is responsible for the day to day operation of our offices in Canterbury and Ashford and our recruitment centres in Tonbridge and Hastings. In addition to supporting and coaching our office team team she is currently managing our Operations desks.
Dawn Moss - Driver CPC Trainer and Sales
Dawn is our compliance specialist ensuring that drivers hours rules and the RTR requirements are fully satisfied for the protection of our clients as well as our candidates.
Dawn is also our Driver CPC trainer providing both clients and our own drivers with the opportunity to stay compliant and improve driving skills. Our curent DCPC modules include:
- EU drivers hours and the RTR
- digital tachographs
- multidrop and home delivery
- fuel efficient driving
- health & safety at work
- Customer Service
- Road Transport Law
- On Road Occurances
- Driving commercially in the UK
Becky May - Recruitment Consultant
Becky is a very welcome recent addition to our team who provides admin support to Natalie. In addition, Becky also helps to ensure that our candidates are well matched to our client requirements by conducting thorough interviews with our new recruits and building trust and rapport.
Andrew Padgett - Franchisee and Director
Andrew has been running Driver Hire in East Kent for over 12 years and has over 25 years management experience .
His primary role is business development in which he looks to constantly improve our undestanding of our clients needs and in turn improve their understanding of how we can further help them with our full range of services.
