Driver Hire is the UK's largest specialist transport and logistics recruitment company. We offer temporary and permanent driving jobs, non-driving work and Driver CPC training. Here at our well established branch in Ashford, we are excited to be recruiting for a new team member to join us. We are looking for a strong administrator to compliment our team and have an ownership of the communications side of our business. We operate Monday-Friday 0900-1700 and are looking for someone to work with us 20 hours a week. We can be flexible in terms of days and hours but are looking for a fixed pattern of work each week. Experience and skills: - Excellent IT skills and digital awareness, understanding the benefits that social media can bring to business - The ability to manage multiple social media platforms on a daily basis - Self organisation and strong time management skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polite and friendly style - Ability to multi-task and adapt in a faced paced environment What the job involves: - Managing social media sites; running competitions, brand awareness - Creating newsletters, mailers and general company promotions - Planning, booking and marketing training courses - Creating invoices and arranging payments of training courses - Data entry and keeping records up to date - Answering telephone - Fielding enquires, monitoring emails and passing messages on to relevant colleagues - Planning social events If this sounds like something you would be interested in please apply online.
