Job Description

We are looking for a Service receptionist for a large workshop in the Melrose area. Duties Include: General administration and Reception Duties Data input/Document scanning Service administration – inputting service reports & jobs, sending timesheets Sending of job reports to customers Database updates Reception duties – phone calls, tending to visitors/Organisation of meeting room use Essential / Desirable experience required: Essential Criteria: Previous experience in an administration/secretarial role as well as workshop organisation skills IT Literate and Microsoft Office skills Strong communicator, verbal and written Excellent Organisational Skills Excellent telephone manner
