Lisa Hughes: Franchisee

Joining Driver Hire Birmingham Central in 2015 after a varied career in sales, Lisa got to know the Driver Hire network in her previous job role as she supported the south of the UK offering payroll solutions for drivers.  When the opportunity to buy the Birmingham arose, she achieved her goal of running her own business in her local area.

Caz Smith: Office Administration Manager
Joining Driver Hire Birmingham Central in 2003 as Administration Manager having previously spent a number of years within The Customer Service Industry, positions including Retail Management. And is a qualified Trainer/NVQ Assessor at the Isle of Wight College. My duties include weekly Payroll and Invoicing, to ensure that our drivers are paid correctly and our customers invoiced accurately, processing starters and leavers, holiday pay and SSP. I complete all administration tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business and to comply with ISO standards.
