Customer Service Advisors We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who will be able to handle the varied responsibilities of this role. This role is predominantly telephone based and will include: • handling of customer complaints and queries within a contact centre environment, • providing advice and guidance to customers • ensuring that exceptional levels of customer service are maintained and a positive experience is provided to all Royal Mail’s customer We are looking for people who are passionate about providing an excellent service to our customers. You will require the following: • Excellent customer service skills • Previous call centre experience • Computer literacy skills • We are looking for a team player who is willing and flexible enough to help colleagues ensure that all our customers get their parcels on time. You must enjoy customer interaction; • have great communication/Interpersonal skills which will help us deliver our usual excellent customer service. • Please be flexible and available to work between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday with one rotation day off in the week.
