We are looking for a graduate with a passion for sales and customer service to join our team in East London.
We will put you on a fully structured learning and development programme so that you learn all aspects of a recruitment business, including sales and operations.
On the sales side you will learn all the skills that you need to develop into a proactive, go getting sales person with full understanding of the sales cycle. You will learn soft skills such as selling techniques and negotiation.
The operational side of the business is just as important and you will learn how to run payroll, candidate registration, legislative compliance and importantly, customer service.
The role will be fun, analytical, customer focussed and commercial. You will need a great personality, research and analytical skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to understand profitable business including gross profit margins and price setting.
You will be working in a small, friendly and fun team and will attend relevant training at our head office in Yorkshire. Importantly, your manager will be a source of knowledge, experience and inspiration to you.
