Divisional Sales Director

Divisional Sales Director - Can be home based but with regular travel to Bradford and extensive UK travel

On the back of an extremely successful couple of years, the training division is now ready to be run as a separate business unit, and so we are looking to recruit a Director to take strategic responsibility for its growth and direction in terms of revenue and new product areas.

This is a role that requires strong leadership skills and strategic vision.  The ideal person is likely to be one with demonstrable and extensive sales experience gained within a B2B sales management role, ideally in the training sector or driving & logistics.  Your sales achievements will be impressive and will be backed by outstanding commercial acumen and full understanding of P&L’s.

You will be tenacious and credible in your approach with well-developed interpersonal skills, a positive and proactive approach and the flair and determination to succeed. You will quickly build rapport and create strong working relationships.  You will also contribute to the development of DH Training through the input of new ideas and initiatives aimed at improving our market share profile and contribution to the industry.

Experience and/or qualifications in the training arena, especially within driving or logistics are desirable.

You will need a full UK driving licence, must be eligible to work in the UK and have a solid employment history.
